Sell What You Built
You built the offer. Somebody paid for it. Now you have to sell it, and you're the setter, the closer and the sales manager all at once. This group installs the two you don't have. Every week your calls get scored, your follow-up gets built, and one person sells like a team.
Apply for a founding seat What happens every week
$49/month for the first 30 founding members, locked while you stay. $79/month after. Window closes Friday, October 30, 2026, or at 30, whichever comes first.
Who it's for
- You have an offer and at least one paying customer.
- You take your own sales calls, on Zoom, phone or DM.
- You can record at least one call a month and send it in, with the prospect's name removed.
- You want feedback that comes with a number, not a vibe.
Who it's not for
- You're pre-revenue or still deciding what to sell. Watch the Monday class, it's free, and come back when someone has paid you.
- You want a script to read off. You'll get a scorecard and your own calls. The words are yours.
- You can't or won't record calls. Nothing here works without a recording.
- You want to be shown how to launch something with AI. That is not what this is. This is for selling the offer you already have.
What happens every week
- Wednesday, 7 pm ET, live and recorded. I score two or three members' calls against the 12 points and we fix one thing each. You watch calls that aren't yours and learn faster than you would alone. About 75 minutes, then questions.
- Sunday night. A four-line report from every member: calls taken, follow-ups sent on time, best score, what broke. I reply to every one by Monday noon.
- Between calls. One member recording a week scored asynchronously and returned with written notes within 48 hours (five a week until there is a moderator, first come first served). The shared score sheet so you can see your trend. The follow-up library: the five-message sequence, written out. The classroom with the week's lesson.
- The 15th of every month. A build drop: one template, sheet or tool built from what members asked for that month.
- Month one. Your first scored call inside seven days of joining.
What you get access to
- The call scorer: paste a transcript, get the 12-point score. It runs on a language model for the first pass, and I check every score by hand before it goes on the sheet.
- My KPI tracker template: calls booked, calls held, follow-ups within 24 hours, next steps booked.
- My follow-up templates: five messages on days 0, 1, 3, 7 and 14, for you to rewrite in your own words.
- A script and objection library built from members' real calls, growing each week.
Not included: one-on-one calls, and installs done for you. Those are in the six-week program.
Where I'm at, honestly. I have not run this group before. You're in the first 30, which is why the price is what it is and why I'm scoring everything by hand. My background: ten years teaching and leading small groups in the Marine Corps, then sales, where I rose through the ranks quickly on the offers I worked by building the scoring and follow-up tools I use here. I pivoted to this because I kept watching strong AI offers get sold with no system behind them. What I teach is measurement and follow-up, and what you learn about closing comes from your own scores.
Founding price, cap and dates
$49 a month for the first 30 founding members, locked at $49 for as long as you stay. After the founding window the price is $79 a month. If the group reaches 100 members the public price rises to $99 with 30 days' written notice; founding members stay at $49.
Why 30. I score every call by hand. Thirty is what I can do and still reply to every Sunday post.
- First live call, 7 pm ET. Wednesday at 7 pm ET is the fixed slot for the year.
- Founding window opens to the email list.
- Founding window closes at 11:59 pm ET, or earlier if the 30th member joins. After that: $79/month. No counters, no timers; the count is updated by hand on this page.
Before you join: the subscription terms

The guarantee, in the words I use everywhere
Unconditional: if the Lab isn't for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and I refund it. After that, cancel any time in Settings > Billing; access runs to the end of the month you paid for.
"The Lab" is what I call this community when I'm talking, and the name on the door is Sell What You Built. Same thing. Ask by DM or email inside your first thirty days and the refund goes back to the card the day I see the message.
Referral. If a founder you sent joins and is still here at day 30, you get a month free. No cash, ever.
The three application questions
Skool asks them when you apply. I read every answer myself and approve by hand inside 24 hours.
- What's your offer and who last paid for it? One line each. A named offer and a paying customer, however small, is a yes. "Nobody yet" or "still building" is a not-yet, and the free class is where to start.
- How many sales calls did you take in the last 30 days, and can you record them? One call and a yes is enough. Zero with no pipeline, or no way to record, means the group won't work for you yet.
- Will you post a four-line report every Sunday for 12 weeks? And how did you find this? Yes or not sure. If it's not sure, I'll message you to ask why before I decide. The second half just tells me who sent you; it never counts against you.

Group rules, pinned inside: one offer each; Sunday report by Sunday night; no selling to each other; scores are the scoreboard, never revenue; client names off every recording.
