Six-week program, done with you, ten founders

The One-Person Sales Team Install

Stop losing deals to weak calls and missed follow-up in six weeks, without hiring a setter, learning to be "salesy", or building another tool you'll abandon, by scoring every call you take and running one follow-up system.

Book a 20-minute fit call What gets installed

$1,500 founding for the first ten (or two payments of $825). $2,500 after. Cohort 1: Tuesday, November 3 to Thursday, December 10, 2026. $500 deposit, refundable for any reason until day one.

What gets installed

One install a week, done together on screen, on tools you already have or free ones. Nothing is handed to you as a template to figure out later. By the end of week six it is running on your real calls.

  1. Week 0: onboarding. A 45-minute one-on-one. We score two of your past calls to set a baseline, and I read your last five follow-ups.
  2. Week 1: booking. A booking page with the three qualifying questions, reminders, and a call agenda the prospect sees before the call. Calendly or Cal.com, free tier, plus Zoom.
  3. Week 2: the follow-up system. My five-message sequence (days 0, 1, 3, 7, 14) rewritten in your words for your offer and installed on your email tool, so it fires after every call. Email only in version one.
  4. Week 3: the KPI board. My tracker in Google Sheets: calls booked, calls held, follow-ups within 24 hours, next steps booked. Your Monday review, ten minutes.
  5. Week 4: the scorer on your transcripts. Fed by your recorder (Fathom's free tier or Fireflies). A language model does the first pass against the 12 criteria; I check every score.
  6. Week 5: the objection library. Your top three objections, pulled from your own recordings, with a written answer to each that you have already said out loud on a call.
  7. Week 6: handoff. Your score trend, your follow-up number, and a 90-day plan for running it without me.

The shape of a week

  • Tuesday, 60 minutes: teach and build. The week's install, done live.
  • Thursday, 90 minutes: live call review. Members' calls scored on screen against the 12 points, one fix each.
  • Between: you send one or two recordings a week. Each comes back scored with written notes within 48 hours. Minimum six scored calls per founder over the six weeks.
  • Everything recorded and unlocked from day one, with the calendar on top so you know what's next.
  • Included: three months of the Sell What You Built community ($79 × 3 = $237 at the public price, the only bonus with a number on it because it's a price I actually charge).

Who it's for

  • You have an offer with a price and at least one customer who has paid.
  • You have sales calls coming in the next six weeks, at least one a week, and you can record them.
  • You'll send me one recording a week and do the install each week with me on screen.
  • You're willing to be documented: your before-and-after process numbers, anonymised if you prefer, with your written consent to each specific use. That's the reason for the founding price.

Who it's not for

  • Fewer than one call a week for the next six weeks. Join the community instead and come back when the calendar is fuller.
  • You want me to run your calls or sell for you. I sit in; I don't take over.
  • You're pre-revenue. The class and scorecard are free; the program assumes an offer someone has already bought.
  • You're looking for a promise about what you'll close. See the next section.

What a "result" means here

I don't promise clients, revenue or a close rate, and I won't quote anyone else's. What I measure, at week 0 and week 6, for every founder:

  • Calls held and scored, and the average score out of 24 on the first two calls versus the last two.
  • Follow-up compliance: the share of calls with a recap sent within 24 hours (your last five calls are the baseline).
  • Hours from the end of a call to the first follow-up.
  • Next-step booked rate: how many calls ended with a dated next step.
  • Hours a week spent on selling, self-reported.
  • Which tools are still running on day 45.

By week six the aim is that you run a call with a structure you can name, follow up within 24 hours on every call without remembering to, have a written answer to your top three objections, and read your four numbers every Monday. Whether that turns into more customers depends on your offer, your market and your calendar, and I can't control any of those.

Founding terms

Founding price
$1,500 in one payment, or two payments of $825 ($1,650 total). For the first ten founders who consent to be documented. The count stops at ten.
Public price
$2,500 in one payment, or three payments of $900 ($2,700 total), from cohort 2 onward.
Cap
Ten per cohort, because I score every call by hand. Closed at ten; the final count is published afterward.
Deposit
$500, paid by Stripe, holds one of the ten seats and is applied to your price. Refundable for any reason until cohort day one (Tuesday, November 3, 2026). After day one it is covered by the guarantee below.
Balance
Single payment: the remaining $1,000 is due before day one. Two-payment plan: the remaining $325 of the first $825 is due before day one; the second $825 is due Thursday, December 3, 2026. Every date and amount is shown on the payment page and the receipt. A missed instalment pauses access; it never goes to collections.
Minimum group
If fewer than four founders are confirmed by Tuesday, October 27, 2026, every depositor chooses between running as a smaller group or a full refund of the deposit.
Dates
Deposits by Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Week 0 onboarding October 28 to November 2. Cohort 1 runs Tuesday, November 3 to Thursday, December 10, 2026. Cohort 2 deposits by January 5, 2027; start January 12, 2027.

The guarantee, in the words I use everywhere

Action-based, 30 days. Attend four of the first eight calls, submit four recordings, and install the follow-up system with me in week two. Did those three things and by day 30 don't think it was worth it? Tell me and I refund every dollar. Anyone angry gets refunded regardless.

The three conditions are on one screen at checkout and you tick them before paying. Refunds go back to the card the same day I see the message. If you don't send calls, I can't score them, which is the whole reason the conditions exist.

How joining works

  1. Get the free scorecard and score one of your own calls. If you'd like, send me the recording and I'll score it too and send back a one-page readout.
  2. Book a 20-minute fit call. We go through your readout, your last lost deal, and the three fit questions: calls coming, can you record, will you send one a week. A no on any of those and I'll say the program won't work yet.
  3. If it's a fit, a $500 deposit holds your seat and the week-one worksheet lands in your inbox. If it's a not-now, the Monday class keeps coming.

The only scarcity is the ten seats and the start date. Both are true, and both are printed above.
